Concrete roofing tiles

Concrete tiles are capable of sustaining winds greater than 125 mph, which would strip off most alternative roofing materials. Furthermore, when installed in accordance to building code standards, roofs composed of concrete tiling are shown through testing to surpass current seismic load requirements of building materials.

Concrete tile systems will typically last the lifetime of the house. Concrete tiling is rated Class A against fire while being resistant against hail and high winds, typically achieving a hail resistance rating of Class 3 at minimum.
